Liberty Burbank Tree Service provides residential and commercial tree services in Burbank, CA and surrounding areas. Services include but are not limited to tree removal, tree trimming, tree pruning, stump grinding, stump removal, land clearing, emergency tree service, and commercial tree service.
Services are performed only after a written estimate is provided and accepted by the customer. The specific scope of work, materials, and timeline are described in each individual estimate or service agreement.
Free on-site estimates are provided at no obligation. An estimate is valid for 30 days from the date it is issued unless otherwise stated in writing. Estimates are based on the conditions observable at the time of the site visit. If conditions change - such as additional hazards discovered during work - the price may be adjusted and the customer will be notified before additional work proceeds.
Verbal quotes are not binding. All pricing must be confirmed in a written estimate or signed service agreement before work begins.
Appointments are scheduled based on availability. We make reasonable efforts to accommodate requested dates and times. We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather, equipment issues, or other factors outside our control. We will notify you as soon as possible if rescheduling is necessary.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee as stated in your service agreement.
Payment terms are specified in each written estimate or service agreement. In general, payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payment by cash, check, or electronic payment as specified at the time of scheduling.
Invoices not paid within the agreed period may be subject to late fees. Accounts significantly past due may be referred to a collections agency. The customer is responsible for all reasonable costs of collection, including attorney fees where permitted by law.

We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with the quality of work performed, contact us within 7 days of job completion and we will return to address any legitimate concern at no additional charge.
This workmanship guarantee does not cover: damage caused by events outside our control (storms, earthquakes, acts of God), damage arising from pre-existing conditions not disclosed before work began, or issues caused by the customer or third parties after our work is complete.
Except for the workmanship guarantee described above, all services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that trees, stumps, or other plant material will remain in any particular condition after work is complete, as trees are living organisms subject to ongoing biological processes. We are not responsible for future growth, disease, pest infestation, storm damage, or any other condition that arises after work is completed.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Liberty Burbank Tree Service's total liability for any claim arising out of or related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific work giving rise to the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including but not limited to lost income, loss of use, or damage to property not directly caused by our work. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain damages, so these limitations may not apply to you in full.
Liberty Burbank Tree Service carries general liability insurance and workers compensation insurance on all jobs. We are happy to provide proof of insurance upon request before any work begins. Customers are encouraged to verify coverage before authorizing any work on their property.
If a dispute arises between you and Liberty Burbank Tree Service, we ask that you contact us directly first at team@treeserviceburbank.com or (747) 268-3304 so we have the opportunity to resolve it informally.
If informal resolution is not possible, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Burbank, CA under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action not subject to arbitration shall be brought in the courts of California.
